A University of Waterloo graduate in the field of Mathematics and Business Administration. Stephen began his career working in the tech field as an International Telecom Accounts Manager. In 1996, Stephen's family started to develop and built townhouses in Markham, Ontario. Stephen assisted on a part-time basis and helped developed a team of highly praised client service representatives.
In 2001, Stephen decided to take on Real Estate full time and become a licensed salesperson. Working primarily with first time home buyers across the Greater Toronto Area, Stephen earned the prestigious President's Award in his first real estate office within 6 short months. Over the years, Stephen has helped hundreds of families with their real estate needs. His clients came from all walks of life and many are happy returning clients. Referrals are also a large part of Stephen's business.
Today, Stephen has chosen to partner with the most successful company on the Toronto Real Estate Board, Re/Max Realtron Realty Inc. In 2011, Realtron was listed as the most productive office on TREB with over 6500 transactions, an average of 17 transactions per agent.
Stephen continues to grow his business by providing a unique set of services that include continual after sale consultation, ongoing personalized market update, lifetime maintenance consultation and other non traditional services to make home ownership enjoyable. Stephen also speaks multiple languages other than English including Cantonese, Mandarin and Shanghainese.
