The Toronto Real Estate Board has recently begun to publish a Months of Inventory (MOI) index to give buyers and sellers an overview as to whether the market has become a Seller's market or a Buyer's market. It does so by showing how long it would have taken, on average, to sell all actively listed homes in Toronto.
