Here are 5 TIPS for BUYERS who MUST buy now:
Tip #1: Drive and follow your agent around IN YOUR OWN CAR! Do not ride in the same car together.
Tip #2: Please for the sake of everyone, CANCEL the appointment if you don’t feel well! Common Sense! But if you MUST, then please put on a mask, gloves and a rain or thick coat! But please reconsider.
Tip #3: Do NOT touch anything when you are out visiting homes. You never know who touched where before you. You can wear masks, gloves and even show protectors as precautions.
Tip #4: Use as much technologies as possible to avoid human contact. Offers and counter offers can be signed electronically.
Tip #5: If your “new” home is closing this month, please hire professional cleaners to give it a good cleaning and also consider NOT moving in until 2-3 days later when any possibilities of lingering virus has minimized.
